What we hold
Your name, your email address, the professional title you choose to display, the text you wrote when requesting membership, and the posts and replies you publish. Nothing else.
What is public
Your display name, your professional title, and anything you publish. Your email address is never shown to other members, and the text of your membership request is seen only by the community team.
How you sign in
We do not store a password. Signing in sends a single-use link to your email address, valid for 24 hours. A session cookie then keeps you signed in for 30 days; it is technical only and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Emails we send
Only what follows from your own activity: confirmation of your request, your sign-in link, and the notifications you chose in settings. No marketing, and your address is never shared with anyone.
Clinical material
This community is not a clinical record system, and no client information should ever be stored here. See our terms of use.
Removing your data
Reply to any email you receive from us and ask. We will remove your account and, if you wish, your posts.
Who is responsible
The Space is operated by Haverim Center, Israel, which hosts this community for colleagues in Israel and abroad.
